February 2022 Update
The Reimagining process is continuing with all Church Councils being asked to consider the proposal to form a new multi-site church to be known as Northampton Methodist Church. Under the proposal existing churches within the circuit would each decide whether to continue as separate Methodist Churches within the circuit, or to become Worshipping Communities within Northampton Methodist Church.

The information below was published in January 2021 or before. The thinking on the Reimagining of the Methodist Church in Northampton has changed since then, but the material will remain here for reference and so that our journey can be followed.
The Northampton Methodist Circuit is currently undergoing a ‘reimagining’ process. The booklet ‘Casting the Net on the Other Side’ explains how this process works and invites everyone in the Circuit churches to be involved in discerning together how God seeks to use our people and resources for mission in the future. Other documents included are: the Property, Resources and Audit Group Report produced in early 2020 and a summary of the Circuit Finances for the year ended August 2020.
