A Church for the whole family
OUR MISSION STATEMENT:-
Queensgrove is a worshipping Christian community,
committed to working alongside others
in meeting the needs of the area
through the power of God’s Love.
Queensgrove Church has served the centre of town since 1879 for around 140 years, combining both Wesleyan and Primitive Methodist traditions. However, whilst rooted in the past, we continue to move with the times and offer styles of worship varying from traditional to modern and forward-looking.
Our Church Family is made up of folk from many different ethnic backgrounds including Indian, a strong Caribbean presence and an increasing number from African countries. We delight in and gain much from our diversity of cultures.
Besides the regular Men and Ladies Groups, we also rejoice in a full, lively and thriving programme of children and young peoples activities on Sunday mornings and during the week (see below).
Anyone entering our doors is assured of a very warm welcome.
